What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 5 years as a logistics coordinator

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?
