What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 4 years as a graphic designer

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as a graphic designer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
