What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 4 years as a call-centre agent

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
