What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 4 years as a medical assistant

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
