What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 4 years as a warehouse supervisor

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I am in Fresno, in case local advice matters. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
