What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 3 years as an insurance claims processor

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as an insurance claims processor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?
