What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 3 years as an insurance claims processor

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. It has been a long 13 weeks. My state says to keep records for a year.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
