What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 18 years as a social media manager

I have been applying to about 18 jobs a week as a social media manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
