What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 18 years as an accounts payable clerk

I have been applying to about 18 jobs a week as an accounts payable clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
