What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 17 years as an accounts payable clerk

I have been applying to about 17 jobs a week as an accounts payable clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
