What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 16 years as a paralegal

I have been applying to about 16 jobs a week as a paralegal, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 10 weeks. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
