What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 13 years as an insurance claims processor

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
