What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 13 years as a copywriter

I have been applying to about 13 jobs a week as a copywriter, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as a copywriter before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
