What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 12 years as an HR coordinator

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as an HR coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year.
