What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 12 years as a marketing coordinator

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I do not usually post, so bear with me. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
