What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 12 years as a nurse's aide

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. Thank you in advance. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
