What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 10 years as an operations analyst

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as an operations analyst, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
