What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 10 years as a social media manager

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a social media manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?
