What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 10 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a hotel front-desk agent, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 12 weeks. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.
