What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 10 years as a teaching assistant

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a teaching assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. My state says to keep records for a year.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
