What counts as a work search for weekly certification? after 10 years as a graphic designer

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a graphic designer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I am in Detroit, in case local advice matters. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
