What counts as a work search for weekly certification?

I have been applying to about 13 jobs a week as a production planner, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
