What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 7 months and counting

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
