What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 6 months and counting

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as a dental hygienist, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
