What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 5 months and counting

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as a janitorial supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 12 weeks. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
