What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 4 months and counting

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as a hotel front-desk agent, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
