What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 4 months and counting

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as a recruiter, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
