What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 3 months and counting

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a customer-service rep, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 23 weeks. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
