What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 3 months and counting

I have been applying to about 16 jobs a week as an administrative assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 10 weeks. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
