What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 25 weeks in

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as a social media manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Any experience at all would help. My state says to keep records for a year.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
