What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 21 weeks in

I have been applying to about 18 jobs a week as an insurance claims processor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
