What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 21 weeks in

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as a bank teller, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
