What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 2 months and counting

I have been applying to about 17 jobs a week as a dental hygienist, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
