What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 2 months and counting

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. Thank you in advance. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
