What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 18 weeks in

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. It has been a long 18 weeks. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
