What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 15 weeks in

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as an administrative assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?
