What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 15 weeks in

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as a pharmacy technician, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?
