What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 13 weeks in

I have been applying to about 17 jobs a week as a delivery driver, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 13 weeks. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
