What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 13 months and counting

I have been applying to about 15 jobs a week as a pharmacy technician, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
