What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 13 months and counting

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a graphic designer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
