What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 12 months and counting

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a warehouse supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
