I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a line cook, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
