What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 11 months and counting

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as an administrative assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
