What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 11 months and counting

I have been applying to about 17 jobs a week as a software tester, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as a software tester before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
