What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - 10 months and counting

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a welding apprentice, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
