Waiting 9 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I filed my claim 9 weeks ago after being let go as a store manager. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
