Waiting 9 weeks on my first unemployment payment - any advice?

I applied for unemployment in Dallas 9 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
