Waiting 9 weeks on my first unemployment payment - any advice?

I filed my claim 9 weeks ago after being let go as a forklift operator. I worked as a forklift operator before this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
