Waiting 9 weeks on my first unemployment payment

I was laid off as an insurance claims processor and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
