Waiting 8 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I was laid off as a medical assistant and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I am in Boston, in case local advice matters. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
